Who We AreA small guest house in Gulshan 2, run with care since 2012 — for travellers who'd rather feel looked-after than processed.
Royal Park began as a single guest house on a quiet road in Gulshan 2 — the diplomatic and corporate heart of Dhaka. We opened in 2012 to serve a specific kind of traveller: the one who wanted something more personal than a five-star chain, but better-kept than the budget hotels nearby.
More than a decade later, that hasn't changed. We've added rooms, refined the experience and trained our staff for the long term — but the rhythm of the place is exactly the same. Phone us, we answer. Walk in, we know your name by day two.
We host diplomats and consultants on long projects, NGO and UN staff between missions, foreign families on medical visits, and Bangladeshis hosting visiting relatives. We try, gently, to feel like the right answer for each of them.
A quiet side street — no traffic, no crowds, just rest.
Late check-ins, early departures, late-night questions — always answered.
Passport-based check-in, English-speaking staff, secure premises.
No surge pricing, no platform commissions — just call and book direct.
Fresh linens, fresh towels, sanitised bathrooms — every single day.
Send us your flight — we'll have a fixed-rate car waiting at arrivals.
There are a few things a guest house must get right, and a hundred more it should aim for. We start with the must-haves.
Housekeeping passes every room twice a day. Linens and towels are changed daily as standard, on request anytime.
CCTV at every entrance, secure key-card access, an always-present front desk, and a strict no-stranger policy.
No nightclub overhead, no road noise. Just the soft hum of the AC and Gulshan's tree-lined road outside.
Front desk is staffed 24/7. WhatsApp the same number for anything — a kettle, a car, a recommendation.
Have a question before booking? Call or WhatsApp the front desk — we answer 24/7, in English and Bangla.
