Check-in from 12:00 noon, check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-ins are welcome — the front desk is staffed around the clock. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability; we'll always try.

Cash (BDT, USD, EUR), bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer. Foreign guests can pay in USD or EUR at the day's exchange rate. Payment is typically taken at check-in; longer stays may be split.

Yes. Pickup is available on request at a fixed, transparent rate. Send your flight number and arrival time on WhatsApp and we'll have an air-conditioned car waiting at arrivals. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.

Absolutely. We regularly host diplomats, NGO and UN staff, foreign business travellers and medical visitors. Check-in is passport-based, our staff speak English, and we accept foreign currency. Gulshan 2 itself is one of Dhaka's most diverse neighbourhoods.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your check-in for direct bookings. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged one night's stay. Long-stay corporate bookings have a separate policy — we'll explain at the time of booking.

Yes — stays of 14 days or more receive a meaningful discount, and we offer dedicated monthly rates for executive and longer-term guests. Many of our regular guests are long-stay diplomats and consultants. Ask the front desk for a custom quote.

Gulshan 2 is one of the safest and most respected residential areas in Dhaka, home to most foreign embassies and many top corporations. The guest house has CCTV at every entrance, secure key-card access and a front desk staffed 24/7.

For the safety and comfort of all guests, visitors must register at the front desk with valid photo ID. Overnight visitors are not permitted without prior arrangement.

Yes — wash, dry and iron laundry service is available. Items handed in before 10 AM are typically back the same evening.

Yes, on-site parking is available for guests with private cars. Mention it when booking so we can keep a space.

We don't currently accept pets, with the exception of certified service animals. Please contact us in advance if this applies to you.

We welcome walk-ins subject to availability, but we strongly recommend calling first. Gulshan rooms book up quickly during diplomatic events, weekends and the winter months.
