A short guide to how we run the guest house — so there are no surprises at check-in.

Check-In · Check-Out

Arrival & departure

Check-in opens at 12:00 noon. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. The front desk is staffed 24/7, so late arrivals and early departures are no problem at all — we'd rather you arrive at midnight than rush a flight. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability; we'll always try.

All guests must present valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. Foreign guests should bring their passport. Bangladeshi guests can use NID, driving licence, or passport.

Cancellation

Cancellation policy

Direct bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time. Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival, and no-shows, may be charged one night's stay.

For long-stay corporate bookings and group reservations of 3+ rooms, a separate cancellation policy applies — we'll explain it clearly at the time of booking.

Payment

Payment terms

Payment is taken at check-in, in any of the following:

  • Cash — BDT, USD, EUR (at the day's exchange rate)
  • bKash, Nagad mobile financial services
  • Direct bank transfer (advance only)

For stays longer than 7 days, payment may be split into weekly instalments. We don't accept credit cards directly, but international guests can pay any portion via bank transfer or in foreign currency.

Visitors

Guests & visitors

For the safety of all guests, anyone entering the property must register at the front desk with photo ID. Visitors are welcome in the common areas during reasonable hours. Overnight visitors are not permitted without prior arrangement and additional charges.

Inside the Rooms

House rules

  • Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms or common areas. A designated outdoor area is available.
  • Pets are not currently allowed, with the exception of certified service animals (notify us in advance).
  • Please be considerate with noise after 10 PM out of respect for other guests.
  • Damage to property (linens, electronics, fittings) may be charged at the cost of replacement.
  • We follow local laws regarding alcohol — drinking is permitted in your room but not in common areas.
Privacy

Privacy & data

We collect only the personal information needed to confirm your booking, check you in, and meet legal hospitality requirements (name, ID, contact details, payment record). We don't sell or share your data, and we don't market to past guests unless you've explicitly asked us to.
